Is expressed in several structures, including embryonic/larval gut; gastrula embryo; midgut primordium; ovary; and presumptive embryonic/larval central nervous system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in breast cancer; hypertension; leiomyoma; lung small cell carcinoma; and pulmonary hypertension.
